Review Procedures

  1. The reviewers who referee manuscripts submitted to the Journal are scholars and experts in the relevant fields of research.
  2. Reviewers are recommended by the Editor-in-Chief according to the nature of manuscript and field of research and after the Editorial Board members are consulted.
  3. After reviewing the manuscript, the two reviewers will check the publication suggestions and provide overall comments and suggestions for revision on the review form. Suggestions for publication are as follows：
    A. Recommended for publication
    B. Revision required for publication: The author is requested to go through the proposed revisions one by one prior to publication.
    C. Revision required for review: The author is requested to go through the proposed revisions one by one before the revised manuscript is returned by the Editorial Board to the original reviewers for another review.
    D. Rejected
  4. The review method is as follows：

    A. If the third reviewer recommends the manuscript for publication or suggests revision before publication, the manuscript will be returned to the author for revision before the secondary review is conducted according to the procedures.
    B. If the third reviewer proposes revision for review, the Journal's Editor-in-Chief will make the final decision.
